Mounting Rail Installation

Using the screed as a heat diffuser, John Guest Pipe is secured to Clip Rails on top of

rigid insulation which is placed over the concrete sub-floor. A variety of screeds can be used and are typically 65-75mm thick for sand-cement types or 40-50mm for liquid pumped screeds. Floor coverings can be laid when the screed is fully cured.

  • Provides ready made pipe spacings
  • Can be used with traditional and liquid screeds
  • Can be fixed to insulation too thin for staples.
  • Good for large regular shaped areas
